She nodded her to Aj as though th suddenly had an understanding. She may be out out of sorts by AJ and her attraction to him, but she was still herself and there was no way she would out up with someone's crap. She was always to the point and honest, and she expected the same. She opened her mouth to say something but was interrupted by Wes's return. She took her glass from him and took a long sip, feeling like she needed the alcohol to calm her nerves after the intensity being directed her way.
AJ stood up and told them he was leaving and she frowned slightly, but only for a moment. She needed time to think and try to decipher everything that had been said to her, but at the same time, she felt a pull towards him and wasn't sure she was ready to say goodbye for now. He spoke to her then and she colored slightly, nodding her head. "I do, and i will," she told him, lifting her glass back up to her lips, feeling a strange sense of thrill when he told her what he would like for her to wear. Why? No idea. She wasn't used to someone telling her what to do, but the idea of it seemed to...calm her.

"Thank you," A.J. replied. "I'll see you on Friday, then," he added then, after giving both Amanda and Wes a nod good-bye, he stepped away and merged back into the crowd of mingling celebrants.
Wes stood and watched A.J. Lefabre walk away--okay, so he checked out the guy's butt as he was walking but what hot-blooded gay man wouldn't?--then turned his eyes back to Amanda and reclaimed his seat. "A white dress? I'm away, what, ten minutes and you're already getting hitched? Damn, Mrs. Robinson, you don't waste any time, do you?" he teased.

If Wes was checking out AJ's butt, Amanda was right there next to him, staring at AJ as he walked away. She stared at him so intensely, she was sure AJ could feel her eyes on him. Positive of it, really.
when Wes spoke, she said nothing, just continued to stare after him until he finally disappears into the crowd. Turning towards her friend finally, she took another drink from her glass and then set it down on the table with an almost nervous chuckle. "I have absolutely no idea what just happened," she admitted to him, turning her blue eyes onto him. "All I know is he wants to take me to supper on Friday, and then some club he likes to go to sometime. Apparently he isn't conventional and wants me to know what I'm getting into before feelings get involved?" Her eyes widened slightly. "I have no idea what he means...all I know is he wants me to wear a white dress and..." She stopped for a second. "I feel slightly scared. I think."

Wes' brow furrowed in confusion as Amanda started regurgitating what he suspected was her entire conversation with A.J. Lefabre. "Whoa, whoa, whoa," he said, trying to slow down the wave of information spilling out of your mouth. He took a long drink then set his glass on the nearby table then steeled himself to play the role of sounding-board.
"Ok, let's try this again. Let's start from the top."

Amanda nodded her head and then, taking a deep breath she preceded to tell Wes every single thing AJ had said to her, and everything she had said back. All the while, she sat there with her legs crossed and her foot bouncing away.
when she finished, she took a drink and looked at him. "What th hell do you think he is talking about?" She asked. "Do you think I'm going to end up on a milk carton if I go? Like, Jagger having to give a reward for my safe return?"

Wes sat in silence listening to and absorbing as much of what Amanda was replaying back for him as he could. Something seemed off about the whole exchange, that much was obvious and he was just as confused as she was. That was, at least, until she explained how A.J. had referred to himself as "unconventional" and his desire to take her a club he liked to go to and his desire for her to wear a white dress. It was then that pieces started to fall into place. Granted, there was no guarantee that the pieces were falling into the right places. Technically, there was nothing that blatantly told Wes that he was right. It was more of a suspicion at this point than anything else. But, at the moment, it was the only thing that made sense. Okay, it was the one thing that made the most sense.
Wes blanched and he looked up at Amanda with eyes wide. "Ummm...I think I might know where's taking you. I could be wrong. But...I don't think I am."

"Is it that bad?" She asked in alarm, her eyes wide. "What do you think he's talking about? Should I be scared? Should I not go?" She looked out over the crowd of people, almost hoping to catch another glimpse of AJ, and then she looked back at Wes. "Seriously Wes, what are you thinking? I have no idea about anything. All I've done since I got to LA is work, so I seriousky have no idea about anything...and you...well, you seem to know a lot so...help."

Wes silently pondered how much to tell her. Yeah, that was a total lie. He was going to tell her everything he thought. Even if he was wrong, he wasn't going to let a friend of his go blindly into something that might be way over her head, especially with a guy she met just a few hours before.
"How interested in him are you?" he asked.

"I don't know," she admitted to him. "I mean, I just met him today...but, I dont know, there was just something about him that makes me not able to stop thinking of him. He's gorgeous, obviously, but he is just so damn mysterious and I don't know why, but I just find that really intriguing." She shrugged her shoulders and stirred her drink with her finger. "It's like that whole bad boy thing, I think. But it's hard to say how much I like him because...well, I don't even know him."

"Oh, I get it," Wes said, nodding. "Trust me, I get it. Hell, if I'm right then you can just paint me green because, bitch, I'm kinda jealous."
He snagged his drink and downed half of it. If he was going to be going there with Amanda, he was going to need some liquid courage to steel himself for the task at hand. "You ever heard of a club called Boudoir?" he asked.

"No, I do t think so..." She thought for a minute but then shook her head, "no. No I've never heard of it." She confirmed. She smiled a little at him saying he was jealous, kind of feeling good about that. Her love life was never something that made people jealous. She had a pretty tame one, truth be told.
"what kind of club is it? I mean, he said something about being into women, men and transgenders...which was...different, but...is he taking me to a gay club or something? I mean, that's not scary or anything."

"Oh, well, um...It's not a gay club. Not really, anyway. I mean, you'll find a lot of those people there, too, but it's...," he trailed off. Under normal circumstances, Wes would just blurt everything out but something about this subject made it harder to just drop it in Amanda's lap like it were nothing. Maybe it was because she was so close to actually being exposed to it that held him back. But that wasn't going to help her any, he knew that, and she probably deserved directness.
"Ok, so I've been there a few times. I met up with this guy while Dean was out of town for the fashion weeks and he liked to go to Boudoir. He was really into that scene and...well, he took me along and I kinda got into it with him while Dean was gone. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Dean has been there with someone at some point. But I digress," Wes started.
"Boudoir is, well, it's a private club. You actually have to be a member of the guest of a member to get in. And its members are people who, well, they like a little kink. A lot of kink, actually. Screw it, I'm just gonna say it. This guy took me there, ordered me to strip down to my underwear. Then he took me into this room where all these women and men were dressed up. Some of them were in suits. Some of them were wearing leather. It was a pretty mixed bunch. And there were other men and women there, too, who were, well, some of 'em were in their underwear like I was and some of them were naked. It's a BDSM club, Amanda. I was tied up, flogged a little bit and, by the end of the night, I'd had the probably the most intense, incredible, mind-blowing sex I've ever had in my life outside of with my husband. That's where I think he's taking you."

"Oh....Kay..." Amanda replied, not sure at all what she thought about that. "So Im going to go there and end up tied up and what the hell is flogged? Am I going to get hit?" She frowned at that, unsure of what the appeal in that was. "Am I missing something here? Like, why would that make the sex so much more intense? She asked him, genuinely curious about that. "Why would he tell me to ear a white dress if I'm supposed to just take it off in there?"
she was confused. She was intrigued, which was evident by the fact she was asking these things rather than just immediately balking at it. "the mind blowing sex thing sounds kinda awesome though...becaus, I have to admit, it's been a long time since I had any of that..."

Wes had to fight back a chuckle. Okay, so direct approach worked. She wasn't flipping out and calling him a freak. So that was good. He thought, anyway. "Okay, all that stuff I just talked about, it didn't happen the first time I was there. The first time Hank took me there, I had to wear all white. And, let's be honest, finding white pants is not easy for a guy. But it's, it's like their 'code' or something, so that the other people there will know you're brand new and so they kinda treat you with kid gloves. Hank said new people have to wear white because they're 'virgins,' ya know, to that whole scene and shit. So, no, I doubt you'll be getting tied up or anything your first night. You'll probably do more watching than anything."

"But why?" She asked him point blank. "Why would someone like, do that willingly? I don't understand the appeal to it..." She shrugged again and finished off her drink. "I mean, AJ is super hot, and shit, I'm glad you are telling me this stuff because if I walked in there without having a clue? I mean, what would seriousky freak me out, you know? "
She looked over his shoulder, catching a glimpse of AJ standing with Faith and keeping her eyes on him, she spoke to Wes. "He is just so fucking yummy."
